Unfortunately, the problem persists on a new save, so I'm at a loss for how to fix it. After trying numerous solutions, I decided that I'd just try a new save.
The problem however, is if I try to fast travel anywhere, or travel to another area, the game will CTD before leaving the loading screen.
So, I decided to leave them out, and the game loads fine. I cannot for the life of me find out what mod VanillaWaterFix.esp is from, and ELFX - Exteriors.esp conflicts with Lanterns of Skyrim II, even though I previously had both installed on this save with no problems. The two mods in question were ELFX - Exteriors.esp and VanillaWaterFix.esp. I recently reinstalled Skyrim SE, and along with it, I tried to reinstall a mod list from a previous save.
